Software/Script to Scrape from Javascript Generated Website

I would like a solution (hosted script, desktop app etc) that allows us to enter and scrape tons of links such as following example

We used to be able to scrape from the json api, but due to some unknown problems, the api is giving false or inaccurate data.

Perhaps there is some new control which we are not sure
